Procurement of 3 full low-floor battery buses The structure of the bus must be designed according to the principles of modern design so that it has an attractive and market-oriented appearance - in addition to the functional design principles. brings the vehicle into the minds of customers as a modern, contemporary means of transport. The vehicle must comply with the relevant regulations of the EU directives 95/28 and 2001/85/EC, the STVZO, the BO Kraft, the accident prevention regulations of the Professional association as well as further publications, the relevant announcements in the traffic bulletin and the requirements for school transport. The concerns of people with disabilities or people with mobility restrictions as well as the Accessibility requirements must be taken into account. In this context, Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No. 540/2014, the regulations on Acoustic Vehicle Alerting Systems (AVAS) for electric vehicles, must be taken into account and in the offer to provide appropriate evidence.
