Tenders are invited for Procurement of 24/7 Operation, Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Servicing of Mechanical & Plumbing Installation Services and Equipment at Dr. A.G. Jeetoo Hospital.
The objective of this procurement exercise is to award the contract to a Specialist Contractor for the Operation and Maintenance of Mechanical & Plumbing Installation, Services and Equipment for a period of thirty six (36) calendar months, on a 24/7 basis including Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, during officially declared cyclonic days, torrential rain conditions, curfew, lockdown in case of pandemic crisis and any other natural/man-made disasters in order to operate and maintain the Mechanical & Plumbing Installation, Services and Equipment in good working condition, in compliance with the applicable legislation(s) and to the satisfaction of the Client at Dr A.G. Jeetoo Hospital.
