Procedure for purchasing laboratory reagents and supplies technical assistance services for the needs of the Hygiene and Public Health Laboratory of the Department of Medicine and Surgery, in order to guarantee the continuity and strengthening of the virological surveillance activities of the University of Parma - NOTICE OF VERIFICATION OF THE EXCLUSIVITY AND UNIQUENESS OF THE SUPPLY The Department of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Parma has identified the company Hologic Italia S.r.l. as the only possible supplier of reagents to be used in the Panther® instrument Fusion System, already present in the laboratory concerned and previously supplied by Hologic in order to guarantee compatibility with the diagnostic platform already supplied to the Laboratory (non-fungibility of the reagents). It is also necessary acquire technical assistance service on the Panther® instrument. This notice, therefore, intends to verify the exclusivity and uniqueness of the supply and the existence or otherwise on the market of economic operators capable of providing: 1. the technical assistance on the Panther® instrument; 2. reagents which, in terms of technical characteristics, are equivalent or superior to those provided by Hologic and compatible with the Panther® instrument.
