The Procurement Committee of the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs is pleased to invite specialized and capable companies to submit their offers to print the subsistence book from drawing and preparing the Qur-an of Endowments according to the specifications attached in the attached file. Submission conditions. Attendance to the headquarters of the General Authority for Endowments office in the city of Tripoli, Al-Dahmani corner, opposite Bin Jaber Mosque, accompanied by the following: 1 copy of a valid practice permit 2 a copy of a valid commercial registry 3 a copy of the contract of incorporation 4 a copy of the company-s bylaws 5 a recent security subscription tax payment certificate addressed to the General Authority of Endowments And Islamic Affairs Original 6 Evidence of registration in the importers- registry or industrial registry Original 7 In the event of dealing with the representative Letter of assignment Original 8 Initial insurance 005 of the value of the offer Mandatory General Notes The period during which the offeror remains committed is 15 days, and no other period is taken into account. Mentioned in the offers: The financial offer shall be submitted in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax, and the legal, administrative and technical file shall be in an open file on which complete information about the contents of the envelope shall be written. A sample of the item shall be brought if necessary. The value of the final insurance for the person awarded shall retain 15% of the offer value. The Authority has the right to divide the award into items to include more than one offer or more than one company, according to what it deems appropriate in the interest of the work.
