The services requested as part of this award procedure include, on the one hand, the production and further processing of the personalized letters to be issued annually by the contribution service as well as the production of other papers. About it In addition, the mailing and reply envelopes required for sending letters should be procured as part of this procurement process. The aim of the award measure is to conclude a framework contract with the most economical bidder. The framework agreement should be concluded for a four-year fixed term. The earliest start date for benefits is October 1st, 2026. The client (AG) are the state broadcasters of the Association of Public Broadcasters of the Federal Republic of Germany (ARD), the Second German Television (ZDF) and Deutschlandradio, represented by the management of the contribution service of ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio (hereinafter referred to as “Contribution Service” or “AG”).
