three main international organizations. The international organizations that make up this consortium are (i) Pathfinder, (ii) IRC and (iii) Abt Associates,

which provides leadership. The Integrated Health Project is implemented in 178 health zones in the following nine provinces: (i) La Lomami, (ii) Lualaba, (iii) Haut-Lomami, (iv) Haut-Katanga, (v) Kasai Central, (vi) Kasai Oriental, (vii) Sankuru, (viii) South Kivu and (ix) Tanganyika.

To better ensure the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of this vast program in its vision of operational decentralization, the nine provinces are

grouped into three regions, including the Eastern region (South Kivu and Tanganyika), the Kasai region ( Lomami, Sankuru, Kasaï Oriental and Kasaï Central) and finally, the Katanga region (Haut Lomami, Haut Katanga and Lualaba).

PROSANI has three main objectives, namely: (i) Strengthen health systems, governance and leadership at the level of provinces, health zones and health

facilities; (ii) Increase access to integrated, quality health services in targeted health zones; (iii) Increase adoption of healthy behaviors, including use of

health services, in targeted health zones.

The objective of the PROSANI - IHP project is therefore to continue the strong partnership with the Ministry of Health of the DR Congo and to contribute to

the implementation of the National Health Development Plan (PNDS) by emphasizing the strengthening of institutions and communities so that they

offer the Congolese population integrated and quality health care. As part of the project activities, PROSANI - IHP requires printing services for the

operation of its offices as well as for state and non-state project implementation partners to help the various provinces continue to carry outthe activities. .

The purpose of this Price Request is to solicit prices from eligible suppliers for

ad hoc purchases and according to the needs of PROSANI - IHP. Following

this RFQ, the PROSANI - IHP project plans to issue a contract (GENERAL

PURCHASING AGREEMENT OR BPO) - or possibly several GENERAL

PURCHASING AGREEMENTS OR BPOs to establish precise price levels and

parameters. for ordering these products and services. This will allow the

PROSANI - IHP project to issue specific Purchase Orders as needed, for the

purchase/printing of these items over the next twelve months. Supplier shall

provide the supplies/services described in purchase orders issued by Abt

Associates under this GENERAL PURCHASING AGREEMENT OR BPO.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Abt

Associates in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions

described in this RFQ. Failure to comply with the instructions described in this

Price Request may lead to the disqualification of an offer and therefore its

non-consideration.

1. Tender deadline and protocol : Tenders must be received no later

than 12 p.m. Kinshasa local time (WAT) on June 29, 2023 by email

to [email protected] mention in the subject of the number

of printing services _ Name of the applicant. All proposals must be submitted

in PDF format and must not weigh more than 30MB or by depositing a printed

version on paper at the PROSANI - IHP office located at number 4 avenue

Citronniers, Quartier Golf, Commune de la Gombe, Kinshasa in DR

Congo. E-mail offers should only be sent to the aforementioned e-mail

address. Any hard copy deposit must be stamped and signed by the Offeror's

authorized representative and delivered to the PROSANI - IHP office in

Kinshasa located at the above address.

Please reference the RFP number in any response to this RFQ. Offers

received after the date and time mentioned above will be considered late and

therefore inadmissible.

2. Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative

requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 12:00

p.m. Kinshasa local time on June 23, 2023 by email to [email protected] .

Questions, requests for clarification and related responses that Abt Associates

believes may be of interest to other Offerors may be forwarded to all RFQ

recipients who have expressed interest in bidding.

Only written responses made by Abt Associates will be considered official and

have weight in the Prize request process and subsequent evaluation. Any

verbal information received from employees of Abt Associates or any other

entity should not be considered an official response to any
