Request for proposals are invited for Printing Services for NFI and Food Fairs
Scope of Work (for Service)

• The contractor will work closely with and under the supervision of the MERCY CORPS team in charge of the project.

• The provider is informed in real time of the implementation schedule of MERCY CORPS activities in order to respect the delivery deadline of the printed vouchers.

• The design (form and/or type) of the vouchers is shared in advance between MERCY CORPS and the provider for validation of the delivery by mutual agreement.

• The provider is bound to respect the delivery deadline as indicated in the implementation schedule

• The provider shall assure MERCY CORPS of confidentiality and security in the printing of the vouchers.

• As soon as the provider is selected and contracted, all parties are required to strictly adhere to the terms of the contract.
