Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Printing and Supply of Printed Medical Records and Books of Accounts.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100, 000= (Uganda Shillings one hundred thousand shillings for station wagon vehicle and UGX 60, 000 =Sixty thousand for framework contracts )to DFCU Bank Gulu Regional referral Hospital A/C No. 01093500273637. The method of payment will be cash deposit to the entity's bank account. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00am on 28thAugust 2018 All bids for station wagon vehicle bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 5, 500, 000/= (Uganda shillings five million five hundred thousand only. Bid securities must be valid until 30* October 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11.00am on 28th August 2018.
