Acquisition of an office automation & collaboration platform, called PRIMO (Procurement Resource Intelligent Module).
The system must be configured as an integrated technological platform that is divided into three main architectural components, each with specific functions and interdependent, designed to operate synergistically in supporting the entire procurement cycle of the Contracting Authority. The three main components of the platform must be: Management System with RPA integration, Generative Artificial Intelligence Module and Infrastructure Cloud Native. The supply must include a service phase of "corrective and evolutionary assistance and maintenance support" starting from the creation of the "Management System with RPA integration" up to the conclusion of the contract. Architecture must be conceived according to a logic of progressive functional stratification. The first level must be made up of the management system with automation capabilities via RPA, which represents the supporting infrastructure of the platform. The generative artificial intelligence module must be grafted onto this, which amplifies the decision-making and document production skills of operators. The entire architecture must be placed on a cloud native infrastructure, designed for scalability, resilience and regulatory compliance.
