Service of Conversion and marking of PDF files to xML, from Fascicles of the Administration Magazine of UFSM - REA/UFSM, according to the Scielo Publishing Schema (Scielo PS) standard. Complementary Description of the Object: This is the hiring of digital services, in which the .pdf format files will be passed on to the company that will convert and mark the xML and, later, it will send the xML files to Scielo Brasil to meet the requirements for updating the magazine with the base. And also the xML files should be made available to the Rea Rea (PPGA) magazine. THE Company must present proof of certification along with the proposal and the files will be made available in the PDF version for the contractor. The request aims to hire a PDF conversion and marking service to xML, from Fascicles of the UFSM Administration Magazine - Rea/UFSM, according to the Scielo Publishing Schema (Scielo PS) standard.
