Quotation are invited for Preventive Maintenance for Hydraulic Lift Equipment

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The site inspection will be held on May 28, 2021 by 10am (local time) at United States Embassy, Abuja, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja. Prospective offerors/quoters should send the names of their representatives (not more than two per company) by email to Abujaprocurement@state.gov on or before May 26, 2021. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).

Your quotation must be submitted by email to Abujaprocbids@state.gov with the subject ” PR9845472 for Preventive Maintenance for Hydraulic Equipment ” on or before June 4, 2021. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

Standard Form (SF)-1449
Section 1, Pricing
The technical proposal, including but not limited to methodology for meeting the requirements, CAC certification, performance schedule, proof of past performance (including valid contact information for current and past clients for the past three years), etc.
Section 5, Representations and Certifications, and compliance with NDAA requirements
Additional information as required in Section 3
