Scope: Prevention and Health Promotion Unit Lead (PHPUL) will be a lead technical expert in the area the prevention of sexual transmission of HIV, working in close collaboration with other members of the US Government’s (USG) prevention team. S/he will provide state-of-the-art strategic and technical direction to the USAID and PEPFAR prevention and health promotion programs, focusing on key populations, adolescent girls and adult men. S/he will also serve as an expert technical resource to the GOT and other collaborating partners and be responsible for coordinating prevention program and policy issues with these key stakeholders.
