I- KEY PERSONNEL OF THE MISSION

The key personnel of the mission will consist of:

One (01) project manager

Holder of a PhD in law;

Proof of professional experience of more than 10 years in the field of law;

With professional experience in human resource management.

One (01) Senior expert

Having at least a bachelor's degree + 05 in law;

Having an expertise of at least 10 years in defending the interests of companies in court;

Having managed for at least 03 years litigation management structures of public companies, parastatals or public establishments.

The staff list will be accompanied by the following documents dated less than three (03) months for each expert:

a) Curriculum vitae dated and signed;

b) Certified copy of the diploma;

c) Definition and assignment of each proposed personnel;

d) Certificate of availability.

The non-production or non-acceptance of one of the aforementioned documents will result in the personnel considered being given a zero mark.
