As part of a qualification system in accordance with Section 48 of the Sector Ordinance (SektVO), Deutsche Bahn AG selects suitable and reliable companies for the planning of structural systems in the product groups of traffic systems and engineering structures. The suitability of the companies is specified for Planning services within these product groups were determined. These specified planning services are presented in the "Special procedural rules for planning structural facilities", see the Deutsche Bahn AG supplier portal website at: www.deutschebahn.com/lieferantenportal/verfahrensrules.

The Services must be provided throughout Germany to an extent that has not yet been determined. It is to be expected that the value range will roughly correspond to the level in which services of this type have been awarded in recent years.

This value amounted to around EUR 1, 400, 000, 000 p.a.
