Expression of Interest are invited for Preparation of a Masterplan, Site Layout, Infrastructure, Architectural Designs and Specifications, Bidding Documents for Construction Works in the Ekiti Knowledge Zone

The Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA), the Implementing
Agency, now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services
for Design of the works as indicated above. Interested consultants must provide the following
information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services:
1. Consultants- registration certificate (brochures and company profile).
2. Description of similar assignments with evidence of contracts awarded in the past (letter
of award, contract agreement and/or completion certificate).
3. Brief description of experience in similar conditions.
4. Evidence of availability of appropriate skills among staff.
5. Evidence of working in similar regional work experience in similar fields within SubSaharan Africa)
