Tender Details

The city of Hamm (client) is tendering the preparation and delivery of lunch meals for the Ludgerischule in the city of Hamm across Europe.

Three different menus (one of which is vegetarian (usually ovo-lacto)) are to be offered every day. A daily dish consists of the following: a) a protein-rich component such as meat or fish b) a starch component c) a vegetable component or a side salad or raw food d) a dessert (different fresh fruit at least twice a week). In addition, there is a daily raw diet adapted to the number of meals ordered-/vegetable platter to be delivered. The raw food/vegetables must be delivered in bite-sized, child-friendly sizes. Due to the location (structural conditions/furnishings, etc.), the catering options "CookActivities beyond this, e.g. distributing food, cleaning dishes or delivering drinks, etc. do not fall within the scope of the contractor's services and are not part of the advertised service. The bidder is obliged to hire the client's staffto train at your own expense (how to use the client's convection machine in order to be able to prepare the respective food according to the product).
