Tender Details

The city of Hamm (client) is tendering the preparation and delivery of lunch meals for the Hermann Gmeiner School in the city of Hamm across Europe.

Two different menus (one of which is vegetarian (usually ovo-lacto)) are to be offered every day. A daily dish is as follows:together: a) a protein-rich component such as meat or fish b) a starch component c) a vegetable component or a side salad or raw vegetables d) a dessert (4 times a week - including fresh fruit twice a week). On days when no dessert is delivered, raw food/vegetable platters (Delivered pre-potioned in a bite- and child-friendly size. Due to the location (structural conditions/furnishings, etc.), only the "Cook" type of catering can be usedirrs or the delivery of drinks, etc. do not fall within the scope of the contractor's services and are not part of the advertised service. The bidder is obliged to train the client's staff at his own expense (how to use the client's convection machine, i.eto be able to prepare the respective food according to the product).
