ARES Sardinia, in the area of the planning and development activities of regional telemedicine services, announces the intention to launch a preliminary market consultation aimed at acquiring information elements of a technical and organizational nature, useful for possible subsequent preparation of assignment procedures for the acquisition of a telemonitoring solution aimed at chronic patients suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), integrated with the regional telemedicine platform POHEMA of the economic operator GPI SpA. In this context, ARES Sardegna intends to verify the availability on the market, for purely exploratory and informative purposes, of solutions suitable for uniformly supporting the procedures for taking care of the patients with COPD, encouraging the identification and stratification of the target population, the monitoring of clinical-care outcomes and the overall governance of the processes, in compliance with the provisions of the art. 77 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, as well as of the principles of transparency, competition, non-discrimination and proportionality.
