The German Federal Pension Insurance intends to carry out a tendering procedure for the structural demolition/shell construction work. This includes the following partial services:

- Constructive demolition work;

- concrete/reinforced concrete work;

- masonry work;

- steel construction work;

- Sealing and insulation work horizontally and vertical

- underground pipes;

- Interior plastering work.

The client awards the aforementioned partial services as a total award, as a combination the partial services are necessary and, in the overall view, technical and economic reasons i. S.d. Section 97 Paragraph 4 Sentence 3 GWB is present, die justify a combination of partial services.
