Tender Details

The University "G. d'Annunzio launches with this notice a market survey for the verification of the uniqueness of the supplier aimed at awarding, pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 2, lett. b), points 2) and 3) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, of the aforementioned supply. During the investigation, with declarationion of uniqueness and exclusivity the company POIETIS SAS based in Pessac -33600 - France, declared that it is the only company to hold the intellectual property rights relating to this technology, making the NGB-R instrumentation unique and exclusive all over the world .

The University has identifiedor, therefore, in the aforementioned Company, the only supplier for the supply of the above. The objective of this notice is to verify whether there are other economic operators who are able to offer equipment with the same characteristics as those supplied by the aforementioned company. The University, therefore, with this notice intends to verify the non-fungibility of the supply.
