Preliminary announcement about transport lines 215, 241, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254, 255, 716, E252, E253, E255 as well as the regional bus line §§ 119 GWB, which is part of a competitive procurement procedure in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, §§ 8, 8a paragraphs 1 and 2, PBefG and §§97 ff GWB should be awarded (gross contract) The Biberach district is responsible for public transport in the Biberach district and, as the responsible authority within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, intends to operate transport routes 215, 241, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254, 255, 716, E252, E253, E255 as well as the regional bus line and 2, PBefG and Sections 97 ff GWB for the period from February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2037 and therefore for 10 years. The state collective bargaining and minimum wage law of the state of Baden-Württemberg is applied. The income from the line concession according to Sections 2, 42 PBefG is within the entrepreneur's sphere of influence and allocation, which must pay this to the transport authority based on the intended gross transport contract.
