1. The subject of the planned tender: The client intends to award a framework contract for critical IT services as part of a negotiating procedure with an advanced participation competition. The scope of services includes in particular: • Provision and operation of IT platformsand basic services (Managed Identity Services, Data Exchange, File, etc.) in the geo-andtered data centers of Tennet • Migration and Technical operation of critical applications and IT services for electricity network operations • Management of WAN and LAN/WLAN networks as well as telephony solutions •Operation Control Center (Skilled Service Desk and System Operation Center) for monitoring and control at the provider • Application Operation for critical business applications including the infrastructure stack required for the application. 2. Special requirements: Since it isIf an operator of critical infrastructures according to BSI-CritisV, the highest demands on IT security, confidentiality and reliability of the contractors apply. In particular, the contractors must prove: • Experience in the operation of critical infrastructures • Implementation and proofof measures in accordance with ISO 27001 and/or BSI IT-Grundschutz • willingness to carry out security checks and to comply with reporting obligations in accordance with the EnWG and IT security law 3. An expected time of publication: The publication of the participation competition is plannedin the KW 27/2025 (30.06.-04.07.2025). 4.
