1. The subject of the planned tender:

The client intends to award a framework contract for critical IT services as part of a negotiation procedure with an advanced participation competition. The scope of services includes in particular:

• Provision and operation of IT platformsand basic services (Managed Identity Services, Data Exchange, File, etc.) in the geo-andtered data centers of Tennet

• Migration and Technical operation of critical applications and IT services for the power network company

• Management of wan and LAN/WLAN networks as well as telephony solutions

•Operation Control Center (Skilled Service Desk and System Operation Center) for monitoring and control at the provider

• Application Operation for critical business applications including the infrastructure stack required for the application. Special requirements:

• Experience in the operation of critical infrastructures
