PRE-SELECTION OF INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF A GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY FOR THE BENEFIT OF MINDDEVEL STAFF FUNDING: MINDDEVEL BUDGET FINANCIAL YEAR: 2026 Source of funding Download the original part Download the DAO 1Object New (Additive) As part of its project on improving the social conditions of its staff, the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development (MINDDEVEL) has initiated an in-depth reflection on the establishment of a system health protection for the benefit of its agents To date, the MINDDEVEL human resources file lists 912 personnel distributed between central services and decentralized structures throughout the national territory. These agents do not do not yet benefit from additional institutional health coverage, thus exposing them to significant financial risks in the event of illness or hospitalization Preliminary discussions were conducted with approved insurance companies in order to explore possible coverage options. Several health coverage scenarios emerged from these discussions adapted to different categories of staff, covering public, religious and parapublic hospital structures.
