Expression of Interest are invited for Pre-Qualification of Studies of Studies or Groups of Offices of Studies with a View to the Realization of Intellectual Services of the Urban Community of Yaounde for the Year 2024.

The purpose of this call for expressions of interest is to pre-qualify Technical Design Offices to participate in the various restricted calls for tender relating to the project management (studies or technical control) of projects in the following areas launched by the Urban Community of Yaoundé for the 2024 financial year. It includes seventeen (17) lots:
lot 1: architectural and building engineering studies;
lot 2: town planning studies;
lot 3: engineering studies of the APS-APD-DAO roads;
lot 4: study and technical control of wastewater treatment and solid waste management works;
lot 5: technical control of construction works, rehabilitation of buildings and public buildings;
lot 6: technical control of construction or maintenance work on traffic lights;
lot 7: technical control of electrical works, construction, renovation, rehabilitation or maintenance works of the public lighting network;
lot 8: technical control of horizontal and vertical signaling works, construction, rehabilitation or maintenance of urban roads;
lot 9: control and monitoring of development or maintenance work on green spaces;
lot 10: IT and geomatics studies and development of communication plans;
lot 11: development of information, education and awareness plans;
lot 12: environmental and social impact studies;
lot 13: control of industrial installation works;
lot 14: updating, restructuring and optimization of the Geographic Information System of the Urban Community of Yaoundé;
lot 15: securing the Information System;
lot 16: citizen mobile application “my online town hall”;
lot 17: digitization of the archives of the Urban Community of Yaoundé.
A bidder may request pre-qualification for several lots.
