(As per Specification) (Under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure). Bids are to be invited from foreign / local manufacturers having facilities for both line pipe and coating application from manufacturers with valid API 5L API 5LD certification (for Steel Line pipe, 3LPE and CRA Liner) and API Specs Q1/API QR/API QMS (for 3LPE external Coating Application) along with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001 Certifications. The Manufacturers may also submit joint venture / sublet any activities to the authorized and certified manufacturer having valid certifications. FOB/CF/FOR(Only for Local Manufacturers as per SRO 827(1)/2001)
