Invitation to Bid





1. The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), through the National Expenditure Program for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of PHP380, 827.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for One Year Subscription, Software Maintenance, and Support fo SUSE Linux / Purchase Request No. 26-003.



For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 7.6 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, the proposed budget under the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in the same Section 7.6, no award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
