4. Service packages The following service packages describe the spectrum of tasks to be carried out as part of the contract. In order to ensure objective comparability of the offers as part of the price evaluation, the bidders: The calculation is based on the fictitious annual quantities defined below. These serve as a binding basis for calculation; There is no minimum purchase obligation on the part of the DZHK. Editing and content development: Translational highlights: Creation of 10 portraits of translational research successes annually, including interviews (remote), text (approx. 4k-5k characters), coordination & CMS maintenance (max. 2 correction loops). Publications: Creation of an approximately 60-page report de/en. The DZHK delivers raw text (from existing reports), data and images for this purpose. The agency service includes conceptual structuring, editorial preparation and layout including 3 correction loops (DE). The English version (EN) includes Translation, medical proofreading and sentence adaptation including 1 correction loop. External image licenses after separate approval. Brochures & flyers: Creation of an A5 brochure (approx. 20 pages) as well as 3 flyers (DIN long) including text, image editing and Layout. Design and visual content: Scientific illustration: 10 medical-scientific infographics for the schematic and explanatory representation of complex processes as 2D vector graphics, conceptual implementation of technical sketches in one Publishable design including 2 correction loops. Branding: Design and final artwork of 3 logos for clinical studies (including 1 page short style guide for each). Video and audio formats: Podcast support: concept update and post-production for 10 annually Follow (approx. 30 minutes each).
