Products or services: Tires for trucks or cars, Tires for heavy trucks It is required to tender the Acquisition and Installation of Tires for Light Vehicles, Heavy Vehicles and Motorcycles, by line, with the purpose of guarantee the continuous operation of the municipal fleet, reduce downtime and thus ensure the efficient fulfillment of municipal tasks in maintenance and repair of infrastructure for the benefit of the community. The tender is will be carried out through 3 lines. It is expressly stated that bidders must bid considering all the technical requirements, products, services required in the line for which they wish to present an bid. Failure to comply with this provision will empower the municipality to declare said offers for baskets inadmissible. As this is a bidding for lines, these will be evaluated independently, and one or all may be declared void, depending on whether the requirements established in the tender are met. Law NO19, 886, in its article 9. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance with the power established in article 61 of Law NO19, 880; which establishes that “Administrative acts may be revoked by the body that issued them"; a power that is materialized in the information system www.mercadopublico.cl, through the "revoke tender" application, which allows as long as it has not been awarded...
