ECLAC is one of the five regional commissions of the United Nations, established in 1948 where one of its main objectives is the promotion of social development in the region. Its premises are located within 55, 449.14m2 in Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. B. UN-ECLAC is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) to seek the interest of qualified companies, with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in the air conditioning maintenance area to sign a long-term contract as potential Contractor for the preventive and corrective maintenance service in systems of air conditioning and its various equipment and associated components, currently installed in the following UN agencies located in Santiago Chile: ECLAC, FAO, UNDP, ILO and UNICEF. C. The requested service is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027. The requested service is aimed at ensuring the maximum availability of systems, equipment and components of HVAC plants installed in the different United Nations agencies in Santiago de Chile. D. Please note that the United Nations is precluded from entering into contracts with firms that are not fully registered with UNGM .
