Tenders are invited for Power Generation Capacity Building Project through the Construction of a Diesel Power Plant.
Tenders must be submitted to the head office of the Directorate-General for Energy at the above address no later than 30 November 2017 at 12.00 GMT. All bids must be accompanied by a guarantee of the offer amounting to three hundred fifty million (350, 000, 000) XOF or the equivalent in Euros and issued by a known banking institution established in the UEMOA, according to the model contained in the DAO. Tenders received after the deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who decide to attend the opening session which will take place at the address above, on December 1, 2017 at 09 H TU.
A complete set of the French tender dossier may be obtained from the Unit at the address above, after payment of a non-refundable amount of two hundred and fifty thousand CFA francs (250, 000) or equivalent in Euros.
