The subject of this tender is the collection, sorting, if necessary franking, transport and delivery of the daily addressed letters from the Higher Regional Court and the judicial authorities affiliated with it (all beneficiary authorities can be found in the service description for this Award procedure) in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Law Modernization Act (PostModG) in the version dated July 18, 2024 and the service description. Daily mail is exclusively letter mail in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 1, Number 1 and Number 4 PostModG. There are also letters with value-added services (postal delivery orders). Press products and mass mailings with the same content with extended delivery times are not part of this service description.
