Framework agreement for postal services Collection, postage optimization (consolidation), franking, transport and delivery of the city of Wilhelmshaven's daily mail and parcels. Period: October 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2028, with two times Extension option for 12 months each until a maximum of September 30, 2030. Those in the list of services Specified quantities are the expected annual quantities; deviations of +/- 20% from the specified quantities are possible in later operation. Period: October 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2028, with two extension options of 12 months each maximum September 30, 2030. In the event of culpable non-compliance with essential contractual performance requirements, a contractual penalty of up to 5% of the net invoice amount for the month in question may be levied.
