Tender Details

Collection, transport and delivery of national/international/PZA letter mail. It is assumed that the bidders/bidding consortiums are in the context of letter delivery for partial services of Deutsche Post AG in accordance with Section 15 Paragraph 1 i. V. in accordance with Section 54 Paragraph 1 PostG. This is expressly permitted, but not mandatory. In contrast to the basic regulations in the contracting documents of the client, the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Post AG apply to these partial services Application. These partial service contracts must be presented when the contract is concluded. Deposit points i. S.d. §181 ZPO are not subcontractors. The award takes place in 4 lots.
