Polytone The client is the organizer of the POLYTON prize and is also home to a network of musicians living in Germany. The mission of this community is to explore the perspectives of local musicians conventional industry structures and to strengthen their interests through an organizational structure. This network currently includes 160 members from different genres and levels of the music scene and is sustainable designed for growth. In order to implement the next POLYTON event in April 2027 professionally and efficiently, a comprehensive contract for the organization and implementation will be put out to tender. The award is made as part of an EU-wide tender to ensure maximum transparency, competitiveness and quality. The order includes the complete planning, coordination and implementation of the event as well as the associated intra-year academy events and the accompanying ones Services from the award of the contract until May 2027 including technical, organizational and artistic services. The aim is to ensure high-quality and smooth implementation that meets the demanding concept and social relevance of POLYTON.
