As part of the 5 construction phase of the Johanneschule school area expansion, it must be freed from the detriment of the old building. The old building consists of three buildings built together, which were built in different years (1907, 1926 and 1951). All parts of the building became Gutagraciously examined and created a pollutant cadastre. The pollutants asbestos, KMF and PCB were found during the examinations. These are located in the expansion trades such as rib radiators, fire protection doors, pipe insulation, ventilation channels, in adhesive, GK cladding, pipelines, as well as in colors of doors, baseboards and stair railings.
