The Rotenburg (Wuemme) district intends to create a pollutant register as part of the renovation of ?Am Pferdemarkt? in Rotenburg for the office of building management: The building at Pferdemarkt 1 was built in 1983. The planned construction project is what was previously a bank branche used building. As part of the conversion and renovation work, new office space is to be created there for the Rotenburg district. The main building is four floors (tiered). There is a rented shop on the ground floor. The remaining part of the building is unused. goal: Creation of a pollutant register for the building (approx. 6, 400m2 GFA). The purpose of the pollutant register should be to enable the renovation and conversion of the building to be planned and calculated in accordance with the data recorded in the register.
