The measure includes the complete renovation of the sanitary facilities. The sewer pipes are laid below the foundation and made accessible via inspection shafts. A grease separator with a sampling shaft is provided in the kitchen area. Hot water is produced decentralized via electric instantaneous water heaters. All pipes are insulated and laid with a slight gradient because the building is unheated and the drinking water system has to be drained when it freezes. Two outdoor taps allow the green areas to be irrigated. Plumbing and heating work The subject of the award is construction work as part of the funding measure for the Rennbahn Hoppegarten - main grandstand at Goetheallee 1, 15366 Hoppegarten. The measure includes the structural repair, adaptation and partial renovation of the existing main stand. Most of the work is done in the existing structure and in coordination with trades carried out in parallel.
