Plastic windows - 3rd construction phase at Schönkirchen School Plastic windows Reconstruction and expansion of the Schönkirchen school center - 3rd construction phase Schönkirchen primary and community school, Augustental 29, 24232 Schönkirchen. The new building, the renovation and the Expansion includes three construction phases. 1. BA NaWi specialist classroom block, 3 floors 2. BA basic renovation with new construction of the 3-story special school 3. BA New building of the primary school, 2 storeys In the 3rd construction phase, 2 existing buildings and one Connection broken. The new elementary school with an auditorium will be built in solid construction on the freed-up area. A small amount of renovation work is planned on adjacent parts of the building. Description of the construction project/building description: The The main part of the new school building will be built on two floors with a ground floor and an upper floor. A connecting part to the existing building has a basement and ground floor. Construction and materials: The tag system consists of reinforced concrete base + strip foundations, Reinforced concrete ceilings, walls, supports and pillars as well as masonry.
