The Ostholstein Association is aiming for over-planning in accordance with HOAI, service phases 1-8 and local construction supervision on the properties at Industrieweg 9-13. Planning services for waste center in Neustadt in Holstein The Ostholstein Special Purpose Association (ZVO) intends to re-plan the properties at Industrieweg 9 - 13 in Neustadt in Holstein. There are operational facilities and waste management facilities on the site, including: Office and company buildings, traffic areas, parking areas, Operating routes, green spaces and functional areas. The functional areas include a waste-to-energy plant with the associated ancillary facilities, a recycling center, a workshop integrated into the company building, a social building, an employee parking lot, a Hydrogen filling station, a scale (on the property opposite) and a sewage sludge drying plant (the current arrangement of the buildings, functional areas and traffic routes can be found in the tender documents). The structures mentioned here have grown historically and without an overarching concept. With the replanning and downsizing of our recycling center, we now want to develop a plan that optimizes the routes as best as possible. During the planning and construction period, care must be taken to ensure that: the operation of all systems is still possible with the least possible restrictions.
