Planning services, technical equipment Provision of engineering services for technical equipment in accordance with Section 55 HOAI, ALG 1-3 and 8: School campus (GS/MS/HfK) Hanselmannstrasse / Schleißheimer Strasse. On the almost 15, 000 m² site in district 11 (Milbertshofen Am Hart) the 4-class primary school (GS) is located on Hanselmannstr. 45 and an associated mobile room unit (MRE) on Hanselmannstr. 44, the 4-speed middle school (MS) at Schleißheimer Str. 275 and the House for Children (HfK). Schleißheimer Str. 279. A public footpath and cycle path, an extension of Hanselmannstrasse, crosses the property and provides a connection from Hanselmann to Keferloherstrasse. The existing school and daycare buildings are made of different materials Construction times and are not under monument protection. The high-rise bunker at Schleißheimer Str. 281 (Schleißheimer corner Keferloherstrasse) is also part of the site and is registered as an architectural monument in the list of monuments. The city of Munich is currently planning the restructuring of this school campus: The entire existing building will be dismantled in two construction phases and replaced with new buildings. In the first construction phase, the new middle school building will be constructed. This building contains expansion areas for the Elementary school and the cafeteria for both schools.
