On the almost 15, 000 m² site in district 11 (Milbertshofen Am Hart) The 4-grade primary school (GS) is located on Hanselmannstr. 45 and an associated mobile room unit (MRE) on Hanselmannstr. 44, the 4-speed middle school (MS) at Schleißheimer Str. 275 and the House for Children (HfK) at Schleißheimer Str. 279. A public footpath and cycle path, an extension of Hanselmannstrasse, crosses the property and provides a connection from Hanselmann to Keferloherstrasse. The existing school and daycare buildings are from different construction periods and are standing not under monument protection. The high-rise bunker at Schleißheimer Str. 281 (Schleißheimer corner Keferloherstrasse) is also part of the site and is registered as an architectural monument in the list of monuments. The city of Munich is currently planning the restructuring this school campus. As part of a feasibility study, two large-scale variants are currently being examined and developed.
