HOAI, LPH 2-3 and 5-6 and 8-9 for the renovation and expansion of the primary school at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2, 80637 Munich. The state capital Munich is planning the general repair and expansion into one All-day, 4-class primary school according to the standard room program at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 in the 9th district of Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The primary school at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 is a listed building in solid construction from the years 1899/1900 and is also under ensemble protection. The building consists of a ground floor on the mezzanine floor, two upper floors, a part converted attic and a basement in the basement. Currently it is School organized 5 ½ times and housed in a classic hallway-type floor plan. There is an integrated after-school care area in the school building.
