HOAI, LPH 2-3, 5-6 and 8-9 for the reconstruction of a mobile room unit (MRE) and new construction of an access structure in Freiligrathstr. 71, 80807 Munich An existing school container system is to be used as an extension of the Lion-Feuchtwanger-Gymnasium in Freiligrathstr. 71, on the property (area no. 293/5 in the Milbertshofen district) will be rebuilt for school use. Property area: 2, 554.00 m² For The construction project has received a positive preliminary decision from December 2025. The construction project consists of the following two measures: 1. MRE 3-storey, existing, service phases 3-9 The existing school container facility was built in 2013 as a new building at the Gerastraße school center built, transferred to the Munich North High School in 2018 and has been temporarily stored on Großhaderner Straße (Fl. No. 228/0 and 235/0 in the Großhadern district) since 2025. The storage period in the interim storage area is until the end of July 2027, without an extension option limited. The MRE must be moved to the new location on Freiligrathstrasse by this point. A general contractor has already been commissioned for the dismantling, transport and reconstruction with commissioning at the Freiligrathstrasse location.
