The subject of the tender are those property planning services according to the HOAI that are required for the realization of the project "New construction of an administration building at Osdorfer Strasse 11" in Teltow.
The Fernwarme Teltow GmbH is the central heat supplier for the city of Teltow and operates two modern heating plants with a total output of 46 MW. The company now supplies almost two thirds of Teltow's population via a 54 km long district heating network with around 1, 128 transfer stations. The Heat is generated primarily on a natural gas basis, supplemented by the feed-in of regeneratively generated heat from a cooperation partner. Since 2012, FW Teltow has also operated 13 photovoltaic systems with a total of 500 kWp, making it the largest solar power producer in the city. A qualified team of ten employees ensures operation, service and a permanent emergency service. FW Teltow stands for a safe, efficient and low-emission energy supply and is continually developing its network to meet the increasing demands for sustainability and security of supply to do justice.
