Planning services KJP as a TEAM award Planning services for the new building of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (KJP) as a team assignment According to the HOAI, the awarding of essential parts of the planning services is planned for the project as a so-called team award. The selected departments (planners) apply together as a planning team. The service is awarded in one process as a total award to the planning team. In contrast to general planning, however, specialist disciplines are commissioned via individual contracts. In the planning process, the property planner is the coordinating authority within the scope of his service profile according to HOAI. Project management and control takes place, initially in performance level 1, i.e. until the Z building application is submitted, without external ones Project management by the client itself (new construction division). The following specialist areas have been advertised for the project as part of the team assignment and are to be contractually bound in individual contracts: 1 - Property planning / buildings & interiors 2 - Property planning / outdoor facilities 3 - Structural planning 4 - Technical equipment for building services (AG1, 2, 3, 7, 8) 5 - Technical equipment for electrical/conveyor technology (AG 4, 5, 6) 6 - Services for fire protection in accordance with building regulations The advantage of the award model is one proven teamwork ability among team members.
