Planning services HOAI LP 1-9, of which 5-9 are optional The subject of the order is planning services for the new construction of a sludge dumping area for the Hamm city drainage east of the KLA Hamm West. The sludge dumping site is intended as a facility for acceptance, Replan the interim storage and loading of sludges and other organic and mineral mixtures. Three modular and variably usable storage boxes are planned, each with a depth of approx. 15m, a width of approx. 12m and a height of approx. 10m with a maximum interim storage period of up to four weeks. The support and roof structure must be designed as a steel structure (galvanized steel, e.g. trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich roof) and designed to accommodate a photovoltaic system; A roof overhang must be provided to minimize the entry of rainwater into the drainage systems. The photovoltaic system must be designed with an annual yield of approx. 110, 000kWh, whereby the limit of 100kWp must be taken into account, and to be combined with a battery storage system with a capacity of approx. 50kWh. The base plate must be waterproof and corrosion-resistant and provided with a differentiated gradient (e.g. 3% / 2% / 1%) in the direction of the seepage water channel.
