Tender Details

The subject of this tender is the planning service LPH 1-8. Part of the planning is: - the footpath and cycle path with the squares, including drainage and planting. - the two pedestrian crossings Toeddinghauser Strasse and memory street, - the forest adventure trail with stairs and Ramp system - necessary adaptation measures at the square of the twin cities and to the construction projects to the north and south. The planning for service phase 3 should be completed by the end of March 2026. Service phases 1 and 2 can be presented in an abbreviated form (see list of services). The first plans of LPH 3 are to be presented to the responsible technical committee, which is expected to be presented by the contractor on the basis of a digital presentation (e.g. MS PowerPoint). These plans must be agreed with the client in advance. The completion of the planning up to and including Service phase 6 is expected to run until May 15, 2026 (in coordination with the client). Processing stage 2 is expected to begin in August 2026 (in coordination with the client).
