Planning service for technical equipment (system groups 4 and 5) according to HOAI (LPH 2-8) for the renovation of the listed Goethe House, Frankfurt am Main The subject of the order is planning services for technical equipment in accordance with HOAI (system group 4 and 5), service phases 2 to 8, for the listed building renovation of the Goethe House in Frankfurt am Main. The measure is carried out during ongoing operations and in several construction phases, taking into account the requirements of museum operations. The order includes all planning services in service phases 2-8 of the HOAI Technical Systems (system groups 4 and 5) for the renovation in accordance with listed buildings, in particular: - Dismantling the electrical system - Planning new high-voltage installation with main distribution and sub-distributions, as well as low-voltage systems - Laying cables and taking into account the renovation of the interior rooms in accordance with monument standards (e.g. taking into account difficult cable laying behind wooden paneling and under the floorboards) - Planning cabling for lighting technology including control (e.g. KNX) and connection to the existing system - Planning of security technology (e.g. burglar alarm system, fire alarm system, security lighting, etc.) in coordination with other planning participants, connection to the inventory.
