The subject of the procedure is the award of general planning services for the new construction of the Catholic primary school as an open all-day school and a multi-purpose hall in Flerzheim. The reason for the new building is considerable damage to the existing building due to the heavy rain event in July 2021.
The land area is 7, 482 m2 (45m x 168m). The school concept was examined in a feasibility study with regard to modern pedagogical learning and spatial concepts. As a result, gross floor areas of 3, 084 m2 for the construction of the school and 844 m2 for the construction of the multi-purpose hallle determined. It is intended to be used by school classes in one or two trains. Relevant results of the feasibility study will be made available to the bidders in stage 2 of the award procedure.
The project budget for KG 200-600 is EUR 9.5 million net.
Start of work: Immediately after Beapplication (expected February 2024).
